 Automatic Trash Capacity Detection System for Real Estate, there are two parts including: transmitter unit part and receiver unit part by alternating communication. The both of parts working by wireless using Radio Frequency wave. The transmitter unit part there are Infrared Sensors module, Microcontroller module, Modulator of Frequency Shift Keying module, and Transmitter of Frequency Modulation module. While on receiver unit there are Receiver of Frequency Modulation module, Demodulator of Frequency Shift Keying Module, Microcontroller module, Interfacing module, and Personal Computer for monitoring and database view. Abstract

Arrangement of hooks that dirangcang beginning is shaped parallel, and the test does is test the numerical and load testing laboratory. The result is quite good and not much different from test numerically. The range between laboratory test and numerical test is 10%. Continued development of these tools is done by changing the arrangement of hooks. Hooks were made in groups where one group there are 4 hooks. In each group mounted perpendicular to each other. This is done on the development of two kinds. First development with group perpendicular is installed, used for the connection of pull and press. Development of both the composition and performed saman hooks on the side of the plate bending elongated by 10 mm. This connection is used for bending-resistant connection. Parking problems that occur in several places in Baturaja was quite serious. Adequate parking facilities are needed to support the various activities undertaken by most urban communities. Parking space requirement is perceived to activity centers such as educational centers, shopping centers, entertainment venues shops, markets, terminals, stations and others. At the education center at campus Karang Sari Baturaja University which since 2008 has conducted lectures, mostly students, and university officials driving a personal vehicle, whether it be four-wheeled vehicles (cars) and two-wheeled vehicles (motorcycles).
