Abstract
 Housing is a group of homes that serves as a neighborhood or residential environment which is equipped with infrastructure and environmental facilities. Relation between home function and environments can not be separated because it is a unity because human is part of the environment. Home or residence is a place for people or families to protect themselves from natural conditions, good weather (hot/cold, heat or rain) or biological disturbance (animals such as insects, snakes, etc.). Early original shelter is not a place that always requires constructing process, but often just a cave or hole in the ground that allows people to take shelter from the weather attack. Penentuan Prioritas Pemeliharaan Bangunan Gedung Sekolah Dasar Negeri di Kabupaten OKU

 Abstract
 Elementary school building is an infrastructure of basic education to continue education to pursue higher degrees. However, in accordance with the characteristics of the building is always a tendency to have decreased conditions indicated by the occurrence of physical damage to buildings. Due to budget constraints and OKU district has state primary school buildings (SDN) that need maintenance, this research is conducted to obtain a hierarchical model of the preparation of decisions and priorities for SDN building maintenance. The method used in this research is Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Research carried out on 30 SDN buildings in District East Baturaja with minor damage conditions, moderate and severely damaged, the source of financing is local expenditure Revenue Budget (APBD) OKU Regency. Secondary data was collected through literature study and collection of documents. Primary data obtained from questionnaires to 16 respondents, consist of 12 persons of OKU APBD compiler and 4 educational institutions. The research shows that the criterion used for prioritization of SDN building maintenance are level of building damage, enrollment, building age, building location and pure participation score. The priority order of SDN building maintenance are SDN 9, SDN 8, SDN 7, SDN 6, SDN 5, SDN 38, SDN 41, SDN 45, SDN 46, SDN 44, SDN 42, SDN 43, SDN 38, SDN 26, SDN 39, SDN 3, SDN 25, SDN 19, SDN 23, SDN 24, SDN 22, SDN 21, SDN 20, SDN 2, SDN 18. Abstract 
Rapid development in Indonesia today, especially major cities, make people's income level increase. This will also increase the demand of the community, both in quantity and quality. One of the needs of urban communities is the availability of transportation. Increasing in the economic make people's purchasing power increases too and then more people buy and have a motorized vehicle (car, motorcycle) privately to meet these needs. On the one hand it signifies progress and describe the increasing standard of living, but on the other hand the increasing number of vehicles will also increase the burden that will be received by the road. Increasing in the number of vehicles that not followed by the availability of adequate roads will lead to the emergence of problems just as it jams and queues. The growing number of vehicles will affect the need for the number of parking spaces in an area or place. Keywords: Development, transportation, parking

 Abstract 
There are some interesting phenomenon that occur in Ogan Komering Ulu in the activities of government procurement, it often happens that an anarchist incident is in every execution of bidding/tendering projects organized by the technical department; members of construction services procurement committee considered less reliable and professional in understanding the basic tasks and stages of the procurement committee or mechanism for project bidding according to applicable regulations; presence of a broker that directly involved in project bidding; party service providers (contractors) as well as users of services (procurement committee) do not understand about provisions of laws and regulations governing the procurement of goods and services; presence of unscrupulous officials (executive and legislative) who interfere in determining the winning bidder of the project, so the walk would not be fair bidding process; Less specifically sanction given to the suppliers or contractors who do unqualified construction working. Abstract 

Number of risks that might occur on construction projects in this matter is building project, then important risks which will give effect to the cost over-run contractor need attention. Risk of failure of building construction shows indication of less effective and efficient performance of the contractor during the implementation phase. This is caused by the competition among contractor, so the contractor in accepting the job did not consider the important risks that may occur that could cause loss. Pendahuluan 
Industri konstruksi memiliki sifat yang sangat dinamis dengan resiko (threats) yang harus dihadapi. Setiap proyek konstruksi, resiko pasti ada dan merupakan hal yang biasa terjadi kecuali kalau pemilik dapat mentransfernya ke pihak lain dengan membayar kompensasi. Resiko dapat memberikan pengaruh terhadap produktivitas, kinerja, kualitas dan batasan biaya dari proyek konstruksi. Jika resiko itu terjadi maka pekerjaan konstruksi akan terganggu, di mana hal tersebut akan mempengaruhi kinerja proyek konstruksi secara keseluruhan sehingga menimbulkan kerugian terhadap biaya, waktu dan mutu. Agar resiko atau ketidakpastian itu dapat dikendalikan dan diantisipasi sedini mungkin, maka resiko-resiko yang ada dan berpotensi menimbulkan kerugian harus dikelola dengan sebaik mungkin. Tujuan dan Metode Analisis Penelitian Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi resiko-resiko penting yang terjadi pada proyek gedung dari sudut pandang kontraktor di Kota Baturaja. Variabel resiko didapat dari studi pustaka dan survey pendahuluan yang selanjutnya akan divalidasi oleh responden melalui wawancara dan kuesioner. Tujuan ini bermanfaat sebagai salah satu sumber informasi tentang resiko-resiko penting yang terjadi pada proyek gedung yang mempunyai dampak terhadap kontraktor serta mengetahui bagaimana analisa faktor dari resiko-resiko penting yang terjadi pada proyek gedung di Kota Baturaja. Sedangkan metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisa faktor yaitu untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor penting dalam resiko proyek gedung.
