Abstract
 In rigid pavement construction, the main structure of the pavement slabs of concrete slab, which in flexible pavement layer is equivalent to a combination of the wear layer, the surface layer and the base layer. Construction is called rigid pavement for concrete slab is not deflected due to the traffic load and the design for 40 years. For concrete that is used must have great power and high quality, but it should also be a good surface strength to comfortably passed with a good coefficient of friction for the vehicle to be comfortable in any weather. Need to create a cross connection at any given distance that thermal expansion and contraction can occur without detrimental effect on the pavement. Abstract 
Baturaja city is one of the areas or regions that are developing in South Sumatra are still experiencing the problem of flooding in some areas, this has happened in the District of East Baturaja Village Sukajadi particular. Floods are common in the Village area of Rambutan Street Sukajadi particular part of the road is M. Nur, caused among others by the very high rainfall, poor drainage arrangement and human activities such as waste disposal and improper drainage narrowing due to surface drainage mound. Abstract 
One of the protection equipments which is needed for protecting the electrical instruments is avoltage relay. This relay function as to detect voltages and will send signals from its terminals when the detect voltege greater than its maximum value or smaller than its minimum voltage rating. Abstract 
In every construction project, a formwork made from wood is often used to form reinforcedconcrete columns, beams as well as slabs. In this case wood is often cut in the project results in some dirt and waste material which will affect the quality of concrete. Concrete fiber is concrete consists of coarse aggregate, sand, cement, water and fiber, which can be a natural or fabricated fiber. The brittle property and low tensile strength of concrete can be improved with the addition of fiber. The fiber material to be used is Bangkirai sawdust from Yogyakarta industry. The size of sawdust to be used is relatively small (2 to 5 mm). The addition of the saw dust varies, i.e., 0, 0.5 and 1 kg/m3, respectively. The content of each material for the concrete mix designed is taken such that the designed compressive strength of the concrete can be achieved. The water content ratio is taken as 0.45. The addition of fiber as many as 0.5 and 1 kg/m3 decreases the workability, which can be seen from the decrease of slump and increase of VB time. The highest compressive strength is achieved with the addition of 1 kg/m3 of fiber, where the compressive strength that can be reached is 27.1 MPa. This value is 3.1% higher compared to the compressive strength of normal concrete: 26.293 MPa. Keywords: Concrete fiber, wood fiber, workability, concrete compressive strength

Abstract
The housing development is closely related to the performance of traffic on the surrounding road network. This occurs due to the movement of the traffic flow in and out of the housing. Occupants of residential mobility proficiency level will affect the level of service the surrounding road network (Level of Service/LOS), it is necessary to do traffic impact analysis (AMDALALIN) regional development efforts peyeimbangan traffic volume road capacity, so as not to decrease LOS. From the analysis of traffic conditions following the Balfour Permai housing development, that on the morning value Degrees of Saturation (DS) of 0.396, while in the afternoon at 0.290 and in the afternoon have a degree of saturation (DS) of 0.482, which means that the current density traffic going in the afternoon with the saturation level of 0.482. Abstract
Basically, the project has three main objectives, namely budget, schedule and quality. To see whether the performance of the project in accordance with the objectives, need to be scrutinized budgets, schedules and quality. The budget is usually observed in terms of cost, schedule observed in terms of time, while the observed quality in terms of cost and time performance. Performance in the implementation of construction projects generally consist of three (3) basic steps, namely: 1) establishing performance standards in the form of budgeted costs to schedule, 2) measure the performance of the standard, by comparing actual performasi performance standards. Comparing the results of the work and expense with schedule and costs have been planned, and 3) corrective actions in case of deviation from the standards that have been set. By using the concept of Earned Value, in terms of cost, the cost is less than biayayang planned, in terms of the time the work is completed later than the time specified. Abstract
 This paper presents the results of a numerical study of the dynamic behavior of the steel plate structure with and without the defect/damage. Steel plate rectangular studied. One of the short sides of the plate is squeezed while the other side is left free. Test numerical computer program package to obtain structural dynamic parameters performed on the intact condition and there are defects/damage with two different degrees. Damage in this study with idealized rigidity reduction in certain parts of the structure. Dynamic parameters studied include natural frequency, damping factor, and the maximum value of the frequency response function of strain in the range. Strain dynamic parameters of the structure are used to compute various constants that are used as an index value of damage. The results of this study indicate that the index is able to distinguish the condition of the structure is intact or there is a defect / damage and predict the location of the defect / damage to the structure. The damage index values change consistently and significantly greater than the percentage change in the natural frequency and damping factor. Keywords: Steel plate, strain, computer
